Frequently Asked Questions

No, the Standard Membership gives you access to the live call recordings only.

As long as you are a paying members, you’ll have access to the membership items. Once you cancel your membership, you no longer have access.

Yes! You can cancel the Standard Membership and sign on for the Premium Membership any time. However, you won’t get a refund for the month you paid for in Standard Membership.

While, you will have access to the categories in the membership library that have to do with accommodating teens, you won’t have the live monthly support group happening in Premium Membership.
